Refunds and Returns Policy Introduction
This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through pouches.io (pouches.io, we, us, ours). By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to help with any issues you may encounter.
Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from pouches.io within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@pouches.io with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: - Custom or personalized products - Gift cards - Items marked as final sale If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item for return, please contact our customer service team.
Return Process
To return an item, follow these steps: 1. Contact us at support@pouches.io with your order number and reason for return. 2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. 3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. 4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pouches.io.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at support@pouches.io with your order number and details of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@pouches.io. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item at no cost to you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
